As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, supporting them throughout their entire journey, from the initial consultation to post-operative care. You will manage patient scheduling, ensuring appointments align with the surgical team’s availability. Additionally, you will assist with treatment planning, helping patients understand procedures, timelines, and preparations.
