In this role, you will lead client engagements across a diverse portfolio that includes Oil & Gas, Construction, Government, and other industries - managing relationships, supervising and developing engagement teams, and delivering the high-quality work our clients have come to expect from GMP.\nThis is a high-visibility position within a firm that is actively growing its Audit practice. For the right candidate, GMP offers meaningful career development and a clear path toward increasing responsibility over time.\nThe Audit Supervisor will: \nLead and ensure the engagement team maintains a high degree of accuracy and timeliness across all audit engagements.\nReview the work of junior staff and prepare more complex sections of engagement files. Set the culture for the engagement team and mentor members in their career development. Listen actively and assist team members in developing goals that support both their growth and department objectives.\nDeliver quality client service in accordance with GMP’s values to build and maintain client loyalty. Contribute to a positive client and team member experience on every engagement.\nUtilize CCH Axcess, CCH Engagement, DataSnipper, and other cutting-edge tools & solutions to manage workflow, documentation, and audit evidence.
