We value our team, reward hard work, and provide clear paths for advancement.\nBilingual Recruiter Pay Rate:\n$41,000-$44,000 annually\nRecruiter Job Summary\nOur recruiters are responsible for recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and managing employees sent out to work. They also handle day-to-day operations by providing customer service and having daily contact in person and by phone with the general managers, who accept the employees we are sending out to candidates and schedule appointments/interviews\nWork with the Branch Manager to set and complete weekly goals\nComplete new hire paperwork of field employees\nBuild and maintain relationships with all branch clients\nOn-call rotation\nAttention to detail\nAbility to answer phones and do computer work at the same time\nPrior knowledge of scheduling and planning\nRegular and reliable on-site attendance is an essential function of this position.\nRecruiter Requirements\nBilingual in English and Spanish is requiredfor this role to effectively communicate with clients and candidates\nGood personal-computer knowledge and ability to use essential programs (MS Word + Excel, email, etc.) effectively and efficiently\nSocial media recruiting experience\nExcellent communication skills (over the phone and in person)\nRecord-keeping skills\nSelf-motivated\nAble to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers\nPrior knowledge of scheduling and planning (preferred)\nPrior knowledge of email and calendar use (preferred)\nPrior use of Microsoft Teams (preferred)\nGood phone and instant message etiquette\nAbility to prioritize urgent tasks as needed\nHR coaching
