Training will be provided.\nSource candidates through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and other recruiting resources.\nSchedule interviews, coordinate employee placements, and communicate regularly with candidates and clients.\nMonitor employee attendance, performance, and assignment status.\nDevelop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, candidates, and employees.\nCollaborate with the Branch Manager to establish and achieve weekly recruiting and operational goals.\nProvide excellent customer service through phone calls, emails, messaging platforms, and in-person interactions.\nMaintain accurate records and ensure all required information is entered into company systems.\nPrioritize daily responsibilities and respond promptly to urgent staffing needs.\nParticipate in an on-call rotation to support client and employee needs outside regular business hours.\nMaintain regular and reliable on-site attendance, an essential function of this position.\nRequired Qualifications\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nProficiency with computers and commonly used business applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.\nAbility to learn and effectively utilize recruiting software, applicant tracking systems, and other technology.\nStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nProfessional phone, email, and messaging etiquette.\nStrong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.\nSelf-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently and collaboratively.\nAbility to use social media platforms and online recruiting tools to identify and engage potential candidates.\nReliable transportation to and from work.\nAbility to participate in an on-call rotation as scheduled.\nAbility to meet applicable background screening and drug testing requirements, consistent with federal, state, and local laws.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.\nPrevious experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, or a related field.\nExperience sourcing candidates through social media platforms, job boards, or other recruiting tools.\nFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other recruiting software.\nExperience with scheduling, calendar management, and coordinating appointments or interviews.\nExperience using Microsoft Teams or similar workplace communication platforms.\nPrevious experience with employee coaching, performance management, or HR-related responsibilities.\nExperience providing customer service in a fast-paced office or professional environment.\nApply Today!\nReady to build your career while making a difference in people's lives?
