We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Tax Accountant to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you'll have the exciting opportunity to build and nurture client relationships while managing tax engagements for a diverse range of clients, including privately held businesses, business owners, families, and high-net-worth individuals.\nResponsibilities:\nPrepare business tax returns and financial statements for multinational clients, including LLCs, partnerships, C-corps, and gift and estate tax filings.\nConduct comprehensive research on tax issues related to multinational business decisions, tax planning strategies, and effective tax rate optimization.\nParticipate in in-house CPE classes and specialized international tax training provided by the firm to stay updated on the latest developments in tax regulations.\nAssist in researching client issues and representing clients in IRS audits if necessary, ensuring compliance with domestic and international tax laws.\nSupport clients by writing proposals, engagement letters, budgeting, staffing, and billing, fostering strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degreeor related field; Master’s in Taxationpreferred(CPA or CPA candidate preferred)\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in tax accounting\nStrong technical skills in tax compliance and planning\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment\nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive salary and benefits package\nComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance\n401(k) with firm matching\nOpportunities for professional development and career growth\nA collaborative and supportive work culture\nMeaningful work that makes a difference in our clients' lives \nThe annual base salary range for this role is $90,000-$130,000.
