delivery.\nPerform root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions.\nWork closely with development teams to resolve CI/CD bottlenecks.\nSecure Code Signing & Release Compliance\nConfigure and maintain HP Secure Sign (HPSS) code signing processes.\nTroubleshoot signing failures and validation issues.\nManage signing configurations, signing policies, filter patterns, and validation parameters.\nEnsure release artifacts comply with enterprise security requirements.\nWindows Build & Packaging Support\nSupport x64 and ARM64 application builds.\nConfigure MSIX packaging and deployment workflows.\nMaintain bundle generation, release artifact management, and versioning processes.\nOptimize build performance and reliability.\nDevOps Automation & Continuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to automate manual engineering and release activities.\nDevelop reusable pipeline templates and deployment frameworks.\nImprove monitoring, observability, and reporting for CI/CD processes.\nEnhance pipeline efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.\nGlobal Stakeholder Collaboration\nCollaborate with engineering teams, architects, and program stakeholders across US, China, and India.\nParticipate in technical discussions, design reviews, and release planning activities.\nDrive alignment with enterprise engineering and release management standards.\nDocumentation & Knowledge Sharing\nDocument pipeline configurations, implementation approaches, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices.\nCreate knowledge base articles and operational runbooks.\nSupport onboarding and mentoring of team members on CI/CD standards and tooling.\nRequired Skills\nTechnical Skills\nStrong experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines.\nHands-on experience with YAML-based pipeline development.\nExperience in CI/CD implementation and release automation.\nKnowledge of Windows application build processes.\nExperience with MSIX packaging and deployment.\nUnderstanding of code signing frameworks and certificate management.\nStrong troubleshooting and debugging skills.\nFamiliarity with Git, GitHub, Azure Repos.\nExperience working with PowerShell scripting.\nKnowledge of x64 and ARM64 build environments.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with enterprise software release processes.\nExposure to security and compliance requirements in software delivery.\nExperience supporting multi-repository and multi-team DevOps environments.\nFamiliarity with Windows client applications and services.\nKnowledge of build artifact management and release
