Intelligence & Reporting\nDevelop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Power BI \nAnalyse QNXT data, including claims, eligibility, provider, and membership datasets, to generate actionable business insights.\nPerform data extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation using Snowflake and SQL.\nConduct ad-hoc analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.\nTranslate business requirements into meaningful reports and visualisations for stakeholders.\nData Analysis & Insights\nCreate and manage reporting datasets and analytical data models within Snowflake.\nMonitor key business and operational metrics and provide recommendations based on data findings.\nEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple systems.\nSupport root-cause analysis and data quality initiatives.\nStakeholder Collaboration\nPartner with business users, operations teams, and data engineers to understand reporting requirements.\nPresent findings and insights to leadership and business stakeholders.\nSupport strategic initiatives through reporting and analytical recommendations.\nRequired Skills\n4-7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Analytics.\nStrong hands-on experience with Snowflake Data Platform.\nExperience working with QNXT healthcare data (Claims, Membership, Provider, Eligibility).\nAdvanced SQL skills for querying, analysis, and data validation.\nExperience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI/reporting tools.\nStrong data reconciliation, reporting, and analytical capabilities.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Skills\nExposure to AWS services such as S3 and Glue.\nKnowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.\nUnderstanding of healthcare payer or managed care business processes.\nExperience working with large-scale datasets and data
