"Responsibilities"
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Process Improvement: Assess current business processes and workflows and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and streamline operations.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process maps, use cases, and project reports.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Project Coordination: Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables while managing project scope and risks.
- Testing and Validation: Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs and are functioning as expected.
- Will perform Scrum Master role and perform all Scrum ceremonies.
"Required Skills"
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from complex data sets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments and familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence.
