This role requires a technically strong professional who can\ntranslate business and reporting needs into practical data controls,\ndashboards, automated solutions, and sustainable governance practices.\nThe\nideal candidate combines deep PMO operations knowledge with hands-on\ntechnical, analytical, and stakeholder-management capabilities. The\nindividual will partner with Project Managers, Portfolio Managers, Delivery\nLeaders, and PMO Governance and Tools teams to improve data accuracy, enforce\nstandards, manage exceptions, and deliver actionable insights.\nKey\nResponsibilities\nData\nGovernance and Stewardship\nEstablish, document, and maintain data standards, definitions, business\nrules, and governance controls across Delivery Management tools.\nMonitor data quality and integrity, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and\ncoordinate timely remediation.\nPerform recurring audits to validate reporting accuracy, completeness, and\ncompliance with established standards.\nDefine and operate structured exception-management processes, including issue\ntracking, root-cause analysis, escalation, and closure.\nPromote consistent data ownership and accountability across project and\nportfolio teams. Reporting, Analytics, and Automation\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance operational and executive dashboards,\nscorecards, and recurring reports.\nCreate portfolio, project, resource, demand, and KPI reporting using advanced\nExcel and available enterprise reporting tools.\nAnalyze trends and convert complex data into clear insights, risks, and\nrecommendations for leadership.\nAutomate repeatable data preparation, validation, reconciliation, and\nreporting activities where practical.\nPartner with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into technically sound\nand scalable solutions.\nTool\nAdministration and Technical Enablement\nSupport and optimize Delivery Management platforms such as Planview, Agility,\nJIRA, and Monday.com.\nUnderstand data structures, integrations, workflow dependencies, and\nreporting outputs across the tool ecosystem.\nConfigure or support queries, extracts, data transformations, validations,\nand reporting logic.\nPartner with the PMO Governance and Tools team on enhancements, integrations,\nautomation, and process improvements.\nProvide guidance to users on data-entry standards, tool usage, reporting\npractices, and issue resolution.\nStakeholder\nManagement and Facilitation\nFacilitate working sessions to resolve data issues, clarify requirements, and\ndrive adoption of governance standards.\nCollaborate effectively across business, delivery, product, and technology\nteams in a matrixed environment.\nCommunicate complex data and technical topics in a clear, concise manner for\nboth operational and leadership audiences.\nManage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and\nstrong customer service.\nRequired\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science,\nEngineering, Analytics, or a related field.\n8-10 years of relevant experience in PMO operations, portfolio governance,\nenterprise reporting, data management, business analysis, or related\nfunctions.\nStrong technical aptitude with hands-on experience working with complex\ndatasets, reporting logic, data validation, and automation.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel expertise, including complex formulas, pivot tables,\nlookups, data modeling, Power Query, reconciliation, and dashboard\ndevelopment.\nStrong understanding of project, program, portfolio, and demand-management\npractices.\nExperience defining and enforcing data standards, controls, audit processes,\nand exception-management procedures.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, documentation, and\nstakeholder-management skills.\nAbility to work independently, take ownership, and deliver accurate outputs\nin a fast-paced enterprise environment.\nPreferred\nQualifications\nHands-on experience with one or more of the following platforms: Planview,\nAgility, JIRA, or Monday.com.\nExperience supporting PMO governance, portfolio reporting, resource\nmanagement, or demand-management functions.\nExperience with Power BI, SQL, APIs, scripting, or other reporting and\ndata-integration technologies.\nFamiliarity with data quality frameworks, master-data concepts, audit\ncontrols, or compliance reporting.\nJava knowledge is a plus but is not required.\nExperience working in a large, matrixed, global
