The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in testing healthcare applications and data platforms\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and execute functional, data, integration, regression, and end-to-end test scenarios for healthcare applications and data platforms.\nValidate QNXT data across Claims, Membership, Provider, and Eligibility modules.\nPerform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance using Snowflake and SQL.\nDevelop and maintain test plans, test cases, and defect documentation.\nVerify data migration, transformation, and reporting outputs for accuracy and completeness.\nConduct root cause analysis of data discrepancies and collaborate with technical teams for resolution.\nTrack, analyse, and report defects, testing progress, and quality metrics.\nSupport UAT activities and ensure business requirements are accurately implemented.\nEnsure compliance with healthcare data standards, governance policies, and project requirements.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n3-5 years of experience in QA, Data Testing, or Healthcare Application Testing.\nHands-on experience with QNXT Platform Testing.\nStrong understanding of healthcare payer processes, including:\nClaims\nMembership\nProvider Management\nEligibility\nExperience with Snowflake data validation and testing.\nStrong SQL skills for data analysis, reconciliation, and validation.\nExpertise in test case design, defect management, and QA methodologies.\nExperience validating data across multiple source and target systems.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with healthcare data warehouse or reporting validation projects.\nExposure to AWS cloud environments.\nExperience
