IDMC Developer.\n**Responsibilities**\n- Lead the analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation of complex application enhancements, while providing production support as needed.\n- Collaborate with customers, business analysts, partners, and IT team members to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\n- Provide technical support for release implementations, on-call activities, and 24x7 support when required.\n- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, partners, and management, including conducting technical walkthroughs, reporting project status, and preparing accurate documentation.\n- Work extensively with Informatica MDM and core Hub components, including Hub Console, Hub Store, and Hub Server.\n- Participate in the full system development life cycle in alignment with current SDLC standards.\n- Use Informatica MDM Service Integration Framework and Informatica Business Entity Services to support solution delivery.\n- Build profiles on heterogeneous data sources, including basic profiling and join data profiling.\n- Design and build Informatica MDM Customer 360 enhancement solutions based on business requirements using IDMC.\n- Design and build business process workflows using CAI.\n- Design and build data integrations with external systems and downstream applications such as ERP and CRM platforms.\n- Ensure code quality, process adherence, and performance optimization for Informatica MDM SaaS applications.\n- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.\n**Required Skills**\n- Strong hands-on experience with IDMC and core Informatica MDM Hub components.\n- Experience with Informatica MDM Service Integration Framework and Informatica Business Entity Services.\n- Experience in designing and building Informatica MDM Customer 360 solutions.\n- Experience with Informatica CDI and CAI.\n- Experience with Informatica REF360.\n- Experience with on-premises Informatica tools such as IDQ and MDM.\n- Strong experience working with databases.\n- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and deliver technical solutions.\n- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.\n- Experience supporting production environments and release implementations.\n**Desirable Skills**\n- Experience with heterogeneous data profiling.\n- Experience integrating MDM solutions with external enterprise systems and downstream applications.\n- Experience with workflow design and automation using CAI.\n- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of MDM applications.\n- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.\n**Education Qualification**\n- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.\n- 4+ years of relevant professional
