The way we share ideas, learning, experiences, successes, and joy allows everyone to be their best at Ascendion.\nAbout the Role\nExperience providing RPA Development Solutions Intelligent Automation - UiPath (UiPath Agents, UiPath Maestro, etc) Programming or scripting languages such as Python, C#, PowerShell or VBA AI Center - AI enabled automation uses cases.\nJob Title: Intelligent Automation Developer\nKey Responsibilities:\n- Demonstrable experience as a Robotic Process Automation Developer using automation technologies, particularly UiPath.\n- Extensive experience amending code, testing solutions and preparing automations for production go-live.\n- Ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert in Robotic Process Automation development and technologies, especially UiPath.\n- Experience working in iterative development environments.\n- Strong proficiency in UiPath.\n- Experience using UiPath Agents, UiPath Maestro and AI Center to support agentic automation, process orchestration and AI-enabled automation use cases.\n- Strong customer-facing experience and stakeholder engagement skills.\n- Excellent problem-solving skills.\n- Ability to communicate and articulate RPA solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.\n- Experience contributing to the development of RPA capability, standards and reusable assets.\n- Experience working with databases such as SQL.\n- Experience building and maintaining UiPath infrastructure.\n- Experience creating attended and unattended bots.\n- Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python, C#, PowerShell or VBA.\n- Experience in process optimisation.\n- Experience maintaining and managing Orchestrator across multiple processes and environments.\n- Self-motivated, able to work independently and confident taking initiative without always being directed.\n- Strong time and project management skills.\n- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.\n- A professional and confident style, with drive, enthusiasm and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.\n- Excellent attention to detail.\n- Experience with project management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.\n- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript and web services.\n- Understanding of DevOps pipelines, including change, release and deployment processes.\nMinimum Qualifications:\n-Experience providing RPA Development Solutions\n-Intelligent Automation - UiPath (UiPath Agents, UiPath Maestro, etc)\n-Programming or scripting languages such as Python, C#, PowerShell or VBA\n-AI Center - AI enabled automation uses cases\nLocation: Bangalore\nWant to change the world?
