solutions.\nWrite clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following development best practices.\nParticipate in code reviews, debugging, and production issue resolution.\n\nRequired Skills:\nStrong hands-on experience in Core Java and Java/J2EE.\nExperience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.\nStrong knowledge of Apache Kafka, including topics, partitions, producers, consumers, and event streaming.\nHands-on experience with Elasticsearch, including indexing, querying, mappings, and performance optimization.\nExperience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.\nKnowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases.\nFamiliarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.\nStrong problem-solving and debugging skills.\n\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience with distributed systems and event-driven architecture.\nKnowledge of Kafka Streams or Kafka Connect.\nExperience with Elasticsearch aggregations, analyzers, and index optimization.\nFamiliarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.\nUnderstanding of application monitoring, logging, and performance tuning.\n\nIdeal Candidate Profile:\nStrong backend development experience with Java.\nPractical experience working with
