Strategy\nManage employee benefits administration, vendor coordination, renewals and employee communication.\nSupport cost optimization, compliance and employee experience initiatives.\nJob Evaluation & Organization Design Support\nConduct job evaluation, grading and benchmarking exercises.\nSupport organization design and workforce planning initiatives.\nMarket Intelligence & Compensation Analytics\nAnalyze compensation benchmarks, market trends and workforce data.\nDevelop reports and dashboards to support reward decisions.\nBudgeting & Financial Partnership\nSupport compensation budgeting, forecasting and workforce cost analysis.\nTrack compensation spend and recommend optimization opportunities.\nCompliance & Risk Management\nEnsure compliance with compensation policies, statutory requirements and governance standards.\nSupport audits and maintain robust process controls.\nStakeholder Management\nPartner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance and business leaders to deliver effective compensation programs.\nProvide guidance on compensation policies and reward decisions.\nQualifications & Experience\nMBA/PGDM in HR, Finance or related discipline preferred.\n7-10 years of Compensation & Benefits/Total Rewards experience in Technology, IT Services, Consulting or GCC
