bottlenecks, and ensure system reliability.\nMaintain knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, and support documentation.\nParticipate in a 24x7 on-call support model and drive major incident management activities.\nMentor team members and provide technical leadership for production support initiatives.\nRequired Skills\n9+ years of experience in Application/Production Support.\nStrong hands-on experience with C#/.NET, Python, and SQL Server.\nExpertise in troubleshooting REST APIs, integrations, middleware, and database issues.\nExperience with healthcare applications and integration workflows (Guiding Care preferred).\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead discussions and coordinate across teams.\nPreferred\nHealthcare/Payer domain experience.\nExposure to Azure/AWS, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.\nITIL knowledge and experience in a 24x7 support
