stakeholders in high-pressure situations (Major incidents / Application outage).\nDesirable Skills\nProficiency in SQL, Java (for backend tasks), and working knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP).\nExperience with web services.\nExperience with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent is a plus.\nKnowledge of HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.\nUsage of AI in Application Support.\nEducation Qualification\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related
