thearchitecture, design, and governance of enterprise endpoint management\nplatforms including Microsoft Intune and SCCM (MECM). \n\nDefineendpoint lifecycle management standards covering provisioning, imaging,\nsoftware deployment, patch management, compliance, and retirement\nprocesses. \n\nDesignand implement modern endpoint management solutions leveraging Intune,\nAutopilot, Co-Management, and Cloud Attach. \n\nDevelopand maintain enterprise automation frameworks using PowerShell. \n\nLeadoperating system deployment (OSD), application packaging, software\ndistribution, and patch management strategies. \n\nArchitectendpoint security solutions using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint,\nMicrosoft Certificate Authority, and security baselines. \n\nDesignand manage hybrid endpoint environments integrating Active Directory,\nMicrosoft Entra ID, Azure Arc, SCCM, and Intune. \n\nProvidetechnical leadership for vulnerability remediation programs in partnership\nwith security teams using Tenable.io and Zafran. \n\nEstablishmonitoring, reporting, compliance, and endpoint health dashboards. \n\nSupportenterprise desktop virtualization platforms including Citrix Virtual Apps\nand Desktops. \n\nDriveroot cause analysis and resolution of complex endpoint and infrastructure\nissues. \n\nDefineoperational standards, SOPs, governance controls, and best practices. \n\nLeadmajor endpoint transformation initiatives, platform upgrades, migrations,\nand modernization programs. \n\nProvideL3 escalation support for critical incidents and complex technical
