End-to-end consultant onboarding\nYou own every new starter's journey through these stages, and you know where each one stands at any moment:\n1. Offer issued - pick up each offer as soon as the Talent Acquisition team sends it and open a tracked onboarding record.\n2. Background screening - coordinate checks with the screening provider and the candidate, chase outstanding documents and escalate delays early.\n3. Vendor management tool onboarding - create and submit the consultant's profile on the bank's vendor management tool and secure approval.\n4. Ready to start - confirm start dates, line manager and access requirements with the client team.\nIn this area you will:\nMaintain a single tracker of every starter, their stage, owner and expected start date\nRun regular pipeline updates with TA, delivery leads and the client\nSpot blockers (screening holds, missing approvals, start-date risk) and resolve or escalate them\nImprove the process over time so that starters reach day one faster with fewer hand-offs\n2. Vendor management tool ownership\nYou are the owner of the full vendor management tool process for the account:\nOnboard new consultants onto the tool, making sure profiles are complete and accurate\nRaise and track change requests (CRs) for extensions, rate changes, role changes and end dates\nAct as the first point of contact for the bank's stakeholders on queries about consultant profiles\nKeep tool data in line with internal records, so that what the bank sees matches what we report\nTrack CR deadlines so that no consultant's assignment lapses without an approved extension\n3. Client team reporting\nYou maintain and report on the downstream reporting for the client team, giving a clear view of:\nStatements of Work (SoWs) - which consultants sit under which SoW, with start and end dates\nBudgets - spend against each SoW and the budget remaining\nRole types and grades across the team\nLine managers for each consultant\nCircle tagging, so that every consultant is mapped to the right circle\nYou keep this reporting accurate, up to date and ready to share with internal leadership and client stakeholders.\n4. Run rate and revenue reporting\nYou maintain a reporting file that holds all team data and new pipeline starts. In this area you will:\nKeep current team data and confirmed pipeline starts in one place\nPresent a view of current run rate and how it tracks against target revenue\nShow the impact of new starts, extensions and leavers on forecast revenue\nFlag gaps against target early so that the account team can act\nProduce regular reports for account leadership\nMust have skills:\nProven experience in an operations, resourcing, onboarding or vendor management role, ideally in consultancy, professional services or staffing\nHands-on experience with a client vendor management system (for example SAP Fieldglass, Beeline or similar), including onboarding and change requests\nWorking knowledge of pre-employment screening and background check processes, ideally in financial services\nStrong Excel skills: lookups, pivot tables and building reliable trackers and reports\nComfortable working with commercial data such as SoWs, budgets, rates, run rate and revenue forecasts\nHighly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the discipline to keep many starters moving at once\nConfident communicator who can manage internal teams and senior client stakeholders, and escalate early\nDesirable\nExperience supporting a banking or financial services client account\nFamiliarity with procurement and contingent workforce processes in large organisations\nExperience with reporting or BI tools such as Power BI\nA track record of improving or automating manual operational processes\nWhat success looks like\nEvery new starter is tracked from offer to start date, with no one lost between stages\nConsultants start on their agreed date, with screening and vendor tool approval complete\nNo assignment lapses because an extension CR was raised late\nBank stakeholder queries on profiles are answered quickly and accurately\nSoW, budget, role, line manager and circle reporting is accurate and trusted by the client\nLeadership has a current, reliable view of run rate against target revenue\nWant to change the world?
