The consultant will support maintenance and asset management processes while ensuring system stability and effective integration with related Oracle Fusion Cloud modules.\n\nResponsibilities : \n\n- Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud EAM applications, including incident resolution, problem management, and root cause analysis.\n\n- Troubleshoot functional issues and implement configuration enhancements to improve system performance and usability.\n\n- Support maintenance requests, work order management, preventive maintenance, and asset lifecycle management processes.\n\n- Assist with failure analysis, maintenance planning, and resolution of asset-related issues.\n\n- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to resolve application issues and support process improvements.\n\n- Investigate integration issues between Oracle Fusion Cloud EAM and related Oracle Fusion modules.\n\n- Conduct user training and provide functional guidance to global business teams.\n\n- Maintain functional documentation, support knowledge management, and follow established incident management procedures.\n\nRequirements : \n\n- 5 -
