The way we share ideas, learning, experiences, successes, and joy allows everyone to be their best at Ascendion\nJob Summary:\nCore Responsibilities\nOwn end to end project management activities from initiation\nthrough closeout, including development of the project charter, integrated\nproject plan, and work breakdown structure\nDrive day to day execution to ensure delivery within approved\nscope, schedule, budget, and quality targets\nAct as the single point of accountability for assigned\nprojects, representing deliverables and status in meetings and presentations\nManage demand, capacity, and resource allocations on a weekly\nbasis\nEnsure timely and accurate submission of timesheets and\nrequired financial artifacts\nAnalyze actual performance against planned activities and\nproactively address variances\nProactively identify delivery risks and issues early; escalate\nappropriately with clear mitigation and contingency plans\nAnalyze risk drivers, establish avoidance strategies, define\ntrigger events, and assign ownership for corrective actions\nEnsure change controls are submitted accurately and on time,\nwith required stakeholder approvals\nBuild strong, trust based relationships across business,\ntechnology, PMO, and client stakeholders\nLead and facilitate project meetings; provide clear, concise\nwritten and verbal status updates\nCreate and execute communication plans to ensure alignment and\ntransparency across global stakeholders\nPartner closely with Solution teams, Program Managers, and the\nPMO to ensure projects are launched on time and staffed appropriately\nBuild knowledge of the EHS platform, client organizations, and\nbusiness processes to become a trusted delivery partner\nShare lessons learned and best practices across teams to\nimprove future delivery outcomes\nRequired Skills & Experience\nMinimum 4 years of hands on ownership of end to end project\ndelivery (initiation through closeout)\nExperience managing large and/or complex projects\nPMP certification or equivalent formal project management\ntraining\nExperience working within an industry standard Software\nDevelopment Life Cycle (SDLC)\nHealthcare insurance industry business and operational\nknowledge preferred\nDemonstrated ability to work independently, drive work\nforward, and take ownership without waiting for direction\nProven strength in risk identification, escalation, and\nproblem resolution\nStrong planning, organizational, and execution skills in a\nfast paced environment\nAbility to balance multiple priorities while maintaining\ndelivery discipline\nStrong professional written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to lead meetings and communicate risks and issues\nclearly to global stakeholders\nProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)\nExperience with customer relationship management concepts and\npractices\nWorking Hours & Reliability Expectations\nThis role requires consistent availability during the stated\nshift of 3:00 PM -
