In this role, you will ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce CRM applications by designing and executing comprehensive test scenarios, validating Salesforce configurations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce Lightning functional testing, STLC, and API testing using Postman or similar tools.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and execute functional test cases for Salesforce CRM applications.\nValidate Salesforce Lightning configurations, including Flows, validation rules, profiles, permission sets, and page layouts.\nPerform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing throughout the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).\nConduct API and integration testing using Postman or equivalent tools.\nIdentify, log, track, and verify defects through closure using defect management tools.\nCollaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, test planning, test execution, and quality assurance activities.\nEnsure high-quality software releases through thorough functional validation.\nMinimum Qualifications:\n4-6 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with a strong focus on Salesforce CRM functional testing.\nHands-on experience testing Salesforce Lightning applications, including Flows, validation rules, profiles, and permission sets.\nStrong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), test case design, regression testing, and defect management.\nExperience with API and integration testing using Postman or similar tools.\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and defect tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nExperience in the Insurance domain is preferred.\nWant to change the world?
