Identify areas for optimization, perform necessary\nbreak-fix resolutions, and implement continuous enhancements to improve bot\nperformance and stability.\nDeployment & Orchestration: Manage bot deployment, scheduling, queue\nmanagement, and asset configuration within UiPath Orchestrator.\nStakeholder Collaboration: Partner with process owners, business analysts, and QA\nteams to gather requirements, document technical specifications (PDD/SDD), and\nensure automations meet business objectives.\nUK Shift Support: Consistently operate within UK shift timings to provide seamless\nsupport, communication, and real-time troubleshooting for business stakeholders and\nproduction deployments based in the UK.\nCode Quality: Conduct code reviews, implement robust exception handling, and ensure\nall automations are built for maintainability and scalability.\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience: 3 to 4 years of dedicated, hands-on experience in RPA development\nexclusively using the UiPath platform.\nShift Alignment: Willingness and proven ability to work UK shift timings from India.\nAPI Integration Expertise: Proven ability to consume and integrate web services and\nAPIs within UiPath workflows (using HTTP Request activities, deserializing JSON,\nparsing XML, and managing authentication tokens).\nUI Automation Mastery: Strong proficiency in navigating complex UI automation\nchallenges, including dynamic selectors, modern vs. classic design experiences,\ncomputer vision, and handling Citrix/VDI environments.\nUiPath Ecosystem: Deep understanding of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator,\nunattended/attended robots, and the REFramework.\nTechnical Background: Solid foundational programming knowledge in VB.NET, C#, or\nPython, and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and DOM structures.\nProblem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of debugging\nand resolving complex technical issues in production environments.\nPreferred Skills\nUiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification.\nExperience integrating UiPath with databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and writing complex\nSQL queries.\nFamiliarity with version control systems (Git, SVN, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket) and CI/CD\npipelines for automated deployment.\nExposure to automated testing practices, including UiPath Test
