The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with technical solutions, ensuring successful project delivery within the insurance domain.\nJob Title: Salesforce Business Analyst\nKey Responsibilities:\nCollaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements related to CRM\nConduct detailed analysis of current workflows and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.\nAct as a liaison between business teams and technical teams during the Salesforce implementation.\nDevelop and validate user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.\nSupport system design, configuration, and testing activities.\nFacilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and communicate solutions.\nAssist in change management and user training activities.\nProvide ongoing support and post-implementation reviews.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.\n7+ years of experience as Business Analyst, preferably in insurance or financial services.\nProven experience with Salesforce Insurance or Financial Services Cloud.\nStrong understanding of insurance processes (CRM, claims, underwriting, etc.).\nExcellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nSalesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Business Analyst) are a plus.\nLocation: Gurgaon\nWant to change the world?
