The candidate should have a strong understanding of SAP security concepts, user provisioning, role maintenance, and compliance requirements, with exposure to SAP S/4HANA and Fiori security preferred.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n- Design, configure, and maintain SAP roles, profiles, authorizations, and access controls across SAP systems.\n\n- Manage user administration, including user creation, modification, locking/unlocking, and role assignments.\n\n- Analyze authorization issues, troubleshoot access errors, and provide timely resolution.\n\n- Perform role design, role derivation, and authorization maintenance in line with business requirements and security policies.\n\n- Support SAP access request management, user access reviews, and periodic recertification activities.\n\n- Work on Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, risk identification, and remediation in coordination with business and compliance teams.\n\n- Support security audits, compliance reviews, and evidence collection.\n\n- Coordinate with functional, technical, and Basis teams for security-related changes, transports, and issue resolution.\n\n- Maintain security documentation and follow established change management processes.\n\n- Support SAP S/4HANA and Fiori security activities, where applicable.\n\nRequirements:\n\n- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security and Authorization Management.\n\n- Strong knowledge of SAP user administration, role creation, authorization objects, profiles, and access controls.\n\n- Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA security.\n\n- Understanding of SAP authorization concepts, including PFCG, SU01, SU24, SU53, and authorization trace tools such as ST01 or STAUTHTRACE.\n\n- Knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD), access risk analysis, and audit/compliance requirements.\n\n- Experience supporting security incidents, access requests, and role-related troubleshooting.\n\n- Exposure to SAP Fiori security, catalogs, groups/spaces, and business roles is preferred.\n\n- Familiarity with SAP GRC Access Control and its access risk analysis and access request management capabilities is an advantage.\n\n-
