You will work closely with business, product, engineering and operations teams to deliver production-ready solutions that improve data quality, operational efficiency, scalability and client outcomes.\nJob Title - Senior Data Scientist\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesigning, developing and maintaining scalable ETL and data integration pipelines to support data acquisition, transformation and delivery.\nBuilding and deploying AI, machine learning and automation solutions that improve operational processes and data quality.\nDeveloping solutions using Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Services, Power Platform and related Azure services.\nDesigning and implementing data models, transformation logic and quality controls across multiple datasets and systems.\nLeading the delivery of data science initiatives from concept through production implementation.\nCollaborating with engineering teams to establish robust, scalable and maintainable production environments.\nDriving improvements in data governance, lineage, monitoring and operational resilience.\nWorking with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation.\nIntegrating data from multiple sources through APIs, databases and enterprise applications.\nProviding technical guidance and mentoring to content operations team.\nSupporting the evaluation and adoption of emerging AI, automation and Microsoft platform capabilities.\nProducing documentation, technical designs and implementation standards.\nCommunicating technical solutions and business impact to senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nTechnical Skills\nExperience developing ETL processes, data pipelines and data integration solutions.\nAdvanced Python programming skills for data engineering, analytics and automation.\nStrong SQL skills and experience designing data models and transformation workflows.\nExperience with Microsoft Azure data and AI services, including:\nAzure Data Factory\nAzure Machine Learning\nAzure AI Services\nAzure Functions\nAzure SQL\nPower BI\nPower Automate\nCopilot Studio\nExperience designing and optimising large-scale data processing solutions.\nKnowledge of data quality controls, monitoring frameworks and operational reporting.\nExperience deploying AI and automation solutions into production environments.\nStrong understanding of API integration, structured and unstructured data processing, and enterprise data architecture.\nExperience working within Microsoft-centric cloud environments and modern data platforms.\nLocation: Bangalore\nWant to change the world?
