In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of product releases through structured, exploratory, and risk-based testing. You will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts in an Agile environment while coordinating non-functional testing activities with specialist teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.\nJob Title: QA Engineer - TOSCA Implementation\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, execute, and maintain manual test cases based on user stories and acceptance criteria.\nPerform exploratory, regression, and risk-based testing to identify defects and quality risks.\nLog, track, and manage defects through the complete lifecycle, supporting prioritization based on severity and business impact.\nContribute to the maintenance and enhancement of automated test suites (e.g., Tosca) to improve regression coverage.\nDevelop test plans and strategies, supporting release readiness and go/no-go decisions.\nCoordinate non-functional testing activities, including performance, security, accessibility, and integration testing with specialist teams.\nValidate APIs, system integrations, data flows, and data accuracy across applications.\nManage test environments and support the creation of realistic test data.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring requirements are testable and acceptance criteria are clearly defined.\nMonitor production issues, identify quality gaps, and recommend continuous improvements to testing processes and coverage.\nMinimum Qualifications\nProven experience in manual software testing within Agile delivery environments.\nStrong understanding of test case design, exploratory testing, regression testing, and defect management.\nExperience testing APIs, integrations, and data validation across systems.\nExposure to test automation tools such as Tosca.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.\nHigh attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality software.\nLocation: Remote\nWant to change the world?
