You will work directly with client delivery teams, so this is a hands-on role with real customer exposure.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign and deliver test data solutions - data subsetting, masking/de-identification, and provisioning across lower environments\nBuild and maintain TDM pipelines and automation for refresh, provisioning, and self-service data requests\nProfile source data and define masking rules that protect PII/PHI while keeping data referentially intact and realistic\nWork across relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL) - writing SQL, troubleshooting, and tuning\nPartner with QA, dev, and client teams to understand data needs and turn them around quickly\nSupport compliance requirements (HIPAA/PII) and document what you build\nWhat We're Looking For\n4-6 years in Test Data Management, data engineering, or database development\nStrong SQL and solid understanding of relational database internals and referential integrity\nIdeal candidate should've domain expertise in US Healthcare\nHands-on with a TDM/masking tool -
