In addition to ensuring efficient and compliant accounting and payment processes, you will actively identify and implement opportunities to automate manual activities, improve data quality, and optimize workflows across multiple European entities.\nYou will partner closely with Global Finance team and the IT department to optimize the use and continued development of ERP systems, reporting tools, and automation solutions Through this collaboration, you will help enhance the user experience, streamline Finance processes, and ensure consistently high data quality. Andersen, Manager P2P who is based in Copenhagen. You will be based in Copenhagen.\nYour key responsibilities will be:\nAccounting, Automation & Process Excellence: Manage and continuously improve end-to-end vendor accounting, including invoices, payments, reconciliations, accruals, and close activities, with a strong focus on automation and process efficiency.\nExpense Management & Digitalization: Drive efficient and user-friendly expense processes through automation, digital controls, data analysis, and continuous improvement of the employee experience.\nSystems, Data & Automation: Act as a superuser in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and ExFlow, leveraging Power Platform, AI, reporting, and workflow automation to improve processes, controls, and decision-making.\nVAT & Statistical Reporting: Support VAT returns, EC Sales Lists, and Intrastat reporting across European jurisdictions, while improving data quality, compliance, standardization, and automation.\nContinuous Improvement & Cross-functional Collaboration: Identify and implement scalable improvements across Finance Operations in collaboration with Finance, Tax, IT, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders, supporting adoption of new technologies and ways of working.\nQualifications and Skills:\nYou hold a relevant academic degree - preferably within Accounting, Finance or a related field - and approximately 2-5 year of experience within Audit, Finance Operations and Accounting..\nFurthermore, you have:\nStrong interest in finance process optimization, digitalization, and automation, with experience using ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.\nExperience with Power BI, AI tools, or other automation technologies is highly desirable.\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into scalable process improvements.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic international environment.\nStrong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across Finance, IT, and business functions.\nProfessional verbal and written communication skills in English.\nKey competencies:\nYou are a strong team player, analytical, and have a can-do attitude.\nYou possess an entrepreneurial mindset and can thrive in an informal, open environment where innovation and change are key.\nTravel: 5-10days per year.\nOffice: Denmark, Tuborg Boulevard 12, 2900 Hellerup\nApply now.\nWe evaluate applications when received, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
