You will be based in Hellerup.\nYour key responsibilities will be:\nComplaint handling in Veeva QMS, incl. support, coordination and contact to stakeholders\nDrive quality improvement initiatives across the organization\nQualifications and Skills:\nYou have an educational background in Natural Science with minimum 2-5 years’ experience within the life science healthcare industry. Additionally, we expect that you have experience working with GMP regulations.\nFurthermore, you have:\nExperience with complaint handling for pharmaceutical products, medical devices and/or drug-device combination products\nThe ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment\nA structured and quality-focused approach to operational tasks\nProficiency in written and spoken English at a professional level\nKey competencies:\nYou are a strong team player, analytical, and have a can-do attitude.\nYou possess an entrepreneurial mindset and can thrive in an informal, open environment where innovation and change are key.\nTo succeed in this role, we also expect you to be self-driven and like to work in a collaborative environment.
