You will work closely with stakeholders and colleagues to design, build and operate data and analytics solutions that help drive better decisions across the business.\nAs part of a highly collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to work across the full lifecycle of a solution, from early stakeholder dialogue and requirements gathering through design, development, enablement and support. You will also be based on Hellerup.\nYour key responsibilities will be:\nPartner with stakeholders to understand needs, facilitate workshops and shape fit-for-purpose data and analytics solutions.\nDesign, build and operate end-to-end solutions, from data pipelines, integrations and transformations to semantic models, dashboards and reporting.\nEnsure solutions are reliable, traceable and well documented, and developed in accordance with data quality, security, governance and regulatory requirements.\nCollaborate with colleagues and users to continuously improve solutions, controls and ways of working.\nQualifications and Skills:\nYour background may come from data engineering, analytics engineering, business intelligence, software development or a related field. While 5+ years of experience within Data & Analytics is preferred, what matters most is your ability to translate business needs into practical solutions and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.\nTo succeed in the role, you should bring:\nHands-on experience with SQL, relational databases, data modelling and the development of data pipelines, transformations, integrations or reporting solutions.\nThe ability to work across the data and analytics stack, from backend data processing to semantic models and user-facing reporting.\nA structured approach to testing, documentation, data quality and change management. \nStrong stakeholder and collaboration skills, with the ability to turn business needs into clear and maintainable solutions.\nIt would also be an advantage if you have experience with:\nModern data and development tools such as Databricks, dbt, Visual Studio Code, Azure DevOps, Git and CI/CD.\nPower BI.\nAI-assisted development tools or coding agents, used responsibly to support quality and productivity.\nAn understanding of working in a regulated and compliance-focused environment.\nYou do not need to match every technology listed.
