Location: Hays , TX Facility: Seton Medical Center-Hays Department: Cardiac Cath Labs Schedule: Days | Full-time | Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Lead diagnostic imaging operations as a Cath Lab Manager to ensure high-quality direct patient care across multiple specialized cardiovascular departments. Assess patient care outcomes and partner with the interdisciplinary team to drive seamless care coordination, clinical excellence, and department efficiency. Manage recruitment, scheduling, performance evaluations and staff relations to build a highly supportive, engaged healthcare team. Oversee departmental budgets, departmental contracts and vendor relations to maintain established productivity standards and meet fiscal goals. Ensure full regulatory compliance with Joint Commission standards and state guidelines to maintain rigorous quality improvement and safety protocols as Cath Lab Manager. Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
