At The Resource Group, we build strong relationships with provider teams, working alongside them to improve supply chain operations and lower non-payroll expenses, all in support of delivering quality patient care. Responsibilities for this role can be found below:\nSupport implementation workstreams and project activities by assisting with project coordination, research, and deliverables to help ensure successful execution and participant outcomes.\nAnalyze non-labor expense reduction opportunities and develop analytics to support data-driven recommendations and measure the impact of operational improvement initiatives.\nPrepare clear, concise, and accurate presentations, reports, and other project deliverables while providing timely updates to project teams and stakeholders.\nBuild collaborative relationships with participants and project teams to support implementation efforts, while documenting project learnings and contributing to the organization's internal knowledge base.\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and workflows by contributing ideas that support continuous improvement and organizational priorities.\nDevelop and utilize support tools using Excel, SQL, Tableau, and other technologies to assist with implementation activities, performance tracking, and reporting.\n Education:\nHigh school diploma equivalency OR Enrolled in accredited program specific to discipline required.\nAdditional Preferences:\nCollege Junior year and above (ie, Supply Chain, Operations,
