Intermediate or Advanced also acceptable.\nPractical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.\nNurse Aide credentialed from the Illinois Department of Public Health obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
