The right person will help patients feel welcomed and supported while keeping the clinic organized and running smoothly.\nAbout Thrive Now\nThrive Now Recovery Centers provides compassionate, evidence-based treatment to individuals affected by substance use disorders and co-occurring behavioral health needs.\nWe believe every interaction matters. For many patients, walking into treatment can be a difficult first step. Our Patient Care Coordinator plays an important role in creating an environment that is welcoming, respectful, organized, and supportive of recovery.\nWhat You’ll Do\nGreet patients, families, visitors, and community partners in a professional and welcoming manner.\nManage the front desk and help maintain an organized, confidential, and recovery-focused environment.\nAnswer and route incoming phone calls, messages, and general inquiries.\nSchedule and confirm appointments, assessments, follow-up visits, and clinical services.\nAssist new patients with registration, forms, releases of information, and other intake documentation.\nSupport the intake and admissions process by gathering required information and coordinating next steps.\nMaintain accurate demographic, insurance, referral, and contact information.\nHelp patients understand appointment expectations and navigate the outpatient treatment process.\nMonitor provider and clinical schedules and assist with appointment changes, cancellations, and rescheduling.\nFollow up with patients regarding missed appointments and help reconnect them with the treatment team.\nCoordinate communication between patients, therapists, medical providers, case managers, peer recovery staff, and other members of the care team.\nAssist with referrals to outside providers, community resources, and recovery supports as directed.\nObtain and appropriately manage releases of information and patient records.\nAssist with insurance verification, authorization, and utilization processes as needed.\nSupport scanning, filing, document management, correspondence, and data entry.\nHelp track patient attendance, appointments, referrals, and other operational information.\nSupport the Clinical Director and outpatient team with daily clinic operations.\nMaintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and company policy.\nHelp create a patient experience that reflects compassion, dignity, accountability, and respect.\nWho You Are\nYou are someone who genuinely enjoys helping people while keeping things organized.\nYou understand that people entering treatment may be anxious, overwhelmed, frustrated, or unsure of what comes next.
