You should be comfortable leading a team, navigating complex participant situations, working with employers and community partners, and using data to understand whether the program is making a meaningful difference.\nPreferred background includes:\nBachelor's degree in human services, social services, behavioral health, workforce development, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.\nExperience in workforce development, employment services, case management, vocational rehabilitation, behavioral health, substance use disorder recovery services, or related program operations.\nPrevious supervisory, team-lead, or program leadership experience preferred.\nStrong coaching and staff-development skills.\nExcellent organization, documentation, and follow-through.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex barriers.\nAbility to develop effective relationships with participants, employers, providers, and community partners.\nComfort working with performance measures and program outcomes.\nUnderstanding of confidentiality and professional boundaries.\nAbility to travel up to 25% throughout West Virginia.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nSuccess isn't simply getting someone a job.\nIt's helping participants successfully return to work, address barriers that could disrupt employment, and build the support necessary to stay employed over time.\nYou'll help lead a program that measures both the quality of the participant experience and meaningful outcomes-including timely engagement, individualized Return-to-Work planning, employment placement, and 30-, 60-, 90-, and 180-day retention.\nWhy Ascension Recovery Services?\nAt Ascension Recovery Services, we believe recovery can transform lives, families, and communities.\nOur work is centered on creating opportunities for individuals to build greater stability, independence, and purpose.
