Supervises Trauma Clinical Program staff, drives performance improvement initiatives, and ensures compliant billing practices for activation charges. Monitors and adheres strictly to all local, regional, state, and national trauma program regulations and clinical care standards. Directs the routine review and revision of all trauma policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines at least every three years. Manages all preparation, documentation, and operational readiness for HFC trauma designation verification visits. Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross Accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
