Defining a retirement plan standard of excellence. This role is part of our committee who meets weekly to discuss various clients who have engaged FiduciaryxChange to serve as the Named Plan Administrator and Named Fiduciary. The goal and objective of the committee is to oversee the operation of each plan to make sure, on an ongoing basis, the plan is operating according to the plan document, Internal Revenue Code, and ERISA.\nThis position is the primary point of contact for plan sponsors, advisors, and other service providers in coordinating the completion of the responsibilities FxC has been engaged to fulfill.\nLocation: Remote\n Essential Functions of the Job\nResponsibilities\nResponds to plan sponsor and participant questions\nAssists in servicing accounts and overseeing participant requests\nAssist in monitoring support and team emails\nPrepare, maintain, and submit recordkeeper access forms for assigned plans\nPayroll uploads for Assigned Plans\nMonthly Monitoring for Assigned Plans\nForce out monitoring and processing and confirmation\nAnnual Validation Forms\nYE Compliance Testing Review and any necessary correction confirmations\nProvides information for annual 5500 audit\nSigns 5500 and assists with SPY RFS to sponsors\nPrepares Annual Plan Assessments\nPrepares year end oversight documents\nCompletes 404(a)(5) and 408(b)(2) assessments\nProvides information for annual 5500 audit\nPlan Notice Management\nCompletes annual and interim notices and disclosures via Plan Notice-Assigned Plans\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nThere may be supervisory responsibilities in the future.\n Skills/Abilities\nNumber of years Fiduciary Administration experience\nPreferred certification(s) QKA, CPFA, CkP, AIF\nStrong interpersonal skills.\nExcellent oral and written communication skills.\nAbility to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks within established timeframe.\nExcellent analytical and critical thinking skills.\nExceptional skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, preferred.
