The individual will prepare recurring monthly reporting and support various finance projects and analyses. The projects include, but are not limited to, compilation and reporting of the annual budget and profitability studies for various business segments.\nSection 2: Job Functions, Essential Duties and Responsibilities\nResponsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by Ascensus to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to Ascensus or our clients.\nOur I-Client service philosophy and our Core Values of People Matter, Quality First and Integrity Always® should be visible in your actions on a day to day basis showing your support of our organizational culture.\nResearch and document expense variances for monthly reporting.\nAssist in calculations and expense review for the Annual Operating Budget.\nAssist in preparation of board package reports for the annual Operating Budget\nAssist with business profitability studies. \nPerform financial modeling and analysis as required.\nPrepare full year forecast of expense for various departments.\nAssist with other tasks and projects as assigned\nSupervision\nN/A\nSection 3: Experience, Skills, Knowledge Requirements\nStrong PC skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.\nCognos TM1 reporting experiences a plus.\nMeet deadlines as set by management.\nAble to successfully balance multiple projects concurrently\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to handle multiple priorities\nAbility to work independently as well as with a team in a fast-paced environment.\nBachelor’s degree in accounting/finance required, Masters and/or CPA preferred.\n1+ years of accounting/finance work experience\nWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer\nBe aware of employment fraud.
