Responsibilities include payment processing, research and correction of errors / variances, trade confirmation, and payment instruction delivery to the Trust.\nRespond and / or resolve RIA / TPA related issues, questions, and inquiries.\nCoordinate custom reporting and delivery of RIA information to various firms.\nSubmit RK HD tickets needed for fee enhancements, research and/or reporting.\nMaintenance and compliance of Credit Memo and RK Loss databases according to published Table of Authority (TOA)\nOversight of the Managed account and Fiduciary service product process.\nMonthly allocation of fund revenue (SubTA & 12b1’s) into plan holding accounts and manage participant fee equalization process.\nQC quarterly wrap fee calculation.\nCreate invoices and post outgoing wires using various annual, quarterly, and month end journal entries for Government Saving contracts.\nMonthly reconciliation of billed revenue, insurance and mutual fund commissions. Coordinate the release of monthly or quarterly payments to third parties.\nDashboard Reporting & QC of RIA Payments\nWork closely with the Strategic Business Consultant team and client service to answer questions and ensure a positive advisor payment experience.\nAbility to successfully prioritize and balance multiple projects concurrently.\nAssist with other tasks and projects as assigned.\nOur I-Client service philosophy and our Core Values of People Matter, Quality First and Integrity Always® should be visible in your actions on a day-to-day basis showing your support of our organizational culture.\n\nCompensation: 64k\nSupervision\nN/A\nSection 3: Experience, Skills, Knowledge Requirements\nPC skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
