They will follow a 7 step protocol to make sure the transaction is accurate and to prevent fraud. The position requires direct contact and interaction with participants.\nResponsibilities\nCompletes participant transaction requests\nResponds to Plan Sponsor questions or co-ordinates with service providers\nMaintains the ATCSF Ad min system contact changes\nOngoing daily monitoring of support and team emails\nAssists in overseeing plan sponsor service requests\nCompletes annual and interim notices and disclosures\nAssist with Audit and YE Compliance Data Collection\nForce out monitoring and processing\nSkills & Qualifications\nBachelor's or Associate Degree\nAt least 2 years of qualified plan experience\nBilingual in English and Spanish\nQualified plan document experience would be a plus\nStrong interpersonal skills\nExcellent oral and written communication skills\nAbility to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks within established timeframe\nExcellent analytical and critical thinking skills\nExceptional skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, preferred. Being familiar with Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat a plus.\nThe national average salary is $45,000 - $50,000, exclusive of any bonuses and benefits. This salary range represents the low and high end for this position. Actual salary offered will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, performance, and internal pay alignment. We do not anticipate that candidates hired will begin at the top of the range however, from time to time, it may occur on a case-by-case basis.
