The result: a group of businesses, each an industry leader within their own discipline, now acting as one truly integrated supply base. \n\nSUMMARY OF POSITION\nResponsible for supporting aerospace manufacturing operations by preparing, cleaning, and finishing fabricated parts. Operates sandblasting equipment to remove coatings, rust, scale, and contaminants while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.\n\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS \nOperate sandblasting equipment to clean and prepare aerospace components.\nLoad, unload, and move materials throughout the fabrication shop.\nPrepare parts for welding, machining, painting, or assembly.\nInspect parts before and after blasting for quality and defects.\nMaintain blasting equipment and perform routine cleaning and maintenance.\nFollow aerospace specifications, work instructions, and quality procedures.\nSafely operate forklifts, hoists, hand tools, and power tools as required.\nKeep work areas clean and organized following 6S and safety practices.\nWear and maintain required personal protective equipment (PPE).\nAssist fabrication, assembly, and production teams as needed.\nComply with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.\n\nREQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE\nAny combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful job performance will be considered.
