Title: After-Sales Technical Manager \n\nLocation: Victoria Island, Lagos\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nJob Summary\n\nThe ideal candidate should have experience in HVAC, engineering, or technical equipment industries and be committed to delivering excellent customer satisfaction.\nWe are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to oversee customer complaints, after-sales service, warranty management, and service coordination.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nMonitor service requests and ensure prompt follow-up with customers.\nLiaise with technical teams to resolve equipment-related issues.\nManage customer enquiries, complaints, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.\nBuild and maintain strong customer relationships.\nPrepare customer service reports and identify areas for improvement.\nCoordinate after-sales services, repairs, maintenance, and warranty claims.\nMaintain accurate records of customer complaints, service activities, and warranty claims.\n\nRequirements\n\nStrong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.\nKnowledge of warranty management, complaint resolution, and service coordination.\nExperience in HVAC, engineering, or technical equipment industries is highly preferred.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.\nBachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Engineering, or a
