results-driven Assistant General Manager (AGM), Sales to lead and drive sales operations within the automobile industry.\n\n The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, leading the sales team, and achieving revenue and market growth objectives.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.\n\n Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to drive consistent performance.\n\n Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and business partners.\n\n Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.\n\n Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.\n\n Set sales targets, track performance, and provide regular reports to management.\n\n Oversee the sales process from lead generation through negotiation, closing, and customer retention.\n\n Develop and manage key corporate and fleet customer accounts.\n\n Collaborate with marketing, after-sales, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.\n\n Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value sales opportunities.\n\nRequirements\n\n Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.\n\n 8–12 years of progressive sales experience, with significant experience in the automobile industry.\n\n Proven experience in a senior sales management role, preferably as a Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager, or similar position.\n\n Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.\n\n Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams.\n\n Strong knowledge of the Nigerian automotive market, dealership operations, and/or fleet sales.\n\n Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.\n\n Strong commercial and business development acumen.\n\nApplication
