We are committed to forging long-term partnerships with our clients by creating and delivering robust and flexible services that address the changing needs of their business.\n\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Business Development Manager\n\nLocation: Abuja (FCT)\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nJob Summary\n\n We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, acquire clients, and drive revenue growth.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.\n\n Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.\n\n Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.\n\n Generate leads, prepare business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.\n\n Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.\n\n Develop strategic partnerships to support business expansion.\n\n Monitor sales pipelines, track KPIs, and prepare regular performance reports.\n\n Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.\n\nRequirements\n\n Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.\n\n 3–5 years of relevant experience in business development or sales.\n\n Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals.\n\n Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and networking skills.\n\n Excellent commercial awareness and relationship management abilities.\n\n Ability to work independently, meet targets, and deliver measurable results.\n\n Knowledge of the Abuja business environment is an added advantage.\n\nSalary\n\nN300,000 -
