Lagos.\n Key Responsibilities\n Drive the assigned cash van safely and follow designated sales routes.\n Sell and distribute FMCG products to retailers, wholesalers, and other customers.\n Identify new outlets and grow the customer base within assigned territories.\n Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.\n Collect payments and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.\n Reconcile daily sales, cash collections, stock, and product returns.\n Ensure effective product availability and visibility at customer outlets.\n Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.\n Maintain accurate daily sales, stock, and market reports.\n Build strong relationships with customers and ensure excellent service delivery.\n Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, properly maintained, and used strictly for authorized business purposes.\n Conduct basic daily vehicle checks and promptly report faults or maintenance needs.\n Comply with all traffic regulations and company safety policies.\n Requirements\n Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.\n At least 2 years of relevant experience in Cash Van Sales, Van Sales, FMCG Sales, or Route Sales.\n Valid Nigerian driver's licence is mandatory.\n Good knowledge of Lagos roads, markets, and sales territories.\n Strong selling, negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills.\n Ability to handle cash responsibly and maintain accurate records.\n Basic proficiency with smartphones and sales applications.\n Must be honest, responsible, energetic, disciplined, and target-driven.\n Compensation\n Driving Allowance: N30,000 based on applicable performance and vehicle safety requirements.\n Commission: Additional sales commission based on
