Details\n\n Position: Executive Secretary\n\n Location: Ilupeju, Lagos, Nigeria\n\n Employment Type: Full-time\n\nAbout the Role\nThe company is looking for a well-organised and professional Secretary to deliver administrative and clerical support, manage correspondence, coordinate schedules, and keep daily office operations running smoothly.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Coordinate calendars, appointments, meetings, and correspondence.\n\n Draft documents, reports, presentations, and minutes of meetings.\n\n Receive calls, emails, and visitors in a professional manner.\n\n Keep records, files, and office documentation accurate and up to date.\n\n Arrange meetings and monitor the completion of assigned tasks.\n\n Offer day-to-day administrative assistance to management and other teams.\n\nRequirements\n\n An OND, HND, or BSc in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related discipline.\n\n Two to four years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role.\n\n Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.\n\n Competence in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\n\n Solid organisational and time-management
