We are committed to forging long-term partnerships with our clients by creating and delivering robust and flexible services that address the changing needs of their business.\n\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: HR Manager \n\nLocation: Oshodi, Lagos\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nJob Summary\n\n We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to oversee the organisation’s human resources functions, develop and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labour laws, and drive effective people management practices aligned with business objectives.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.\n\n Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and relevant employment regulations.\n\n Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and staff development.\n\n Manage employee discipline, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.\n\n Lead workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.\n\n Supervise payroll administration, compensation, benefits, and employee records.\n\n Drive employee engagement, organisational development, and performance improvement.\n\n Advise management on HR strategy, organisational structure, and people-related decisions.\n\n Lead HR reporting, workforce analytics, and continuous improvement of HR processes.\n\nRequirements\n\n Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\n Minimum of 10 years’ relevant HR experience, including experience in a managerial role.\n\n Strong expertise in HR policy development, implementation, and review.\n\n Sound knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and employment regulations.\n\n Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI is an added advantage.\n\n Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.\n\n Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations, performance, and organisational change.\n\nSalary\n\nN750,000 -
