are seeking a skilled Power Plant Operator with hands-on experience operating and maintaining Wartsila gas engines in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.\n\n The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the power plant, monitoring engine performance, supporting routine maintenance, and ensuring reliable power generation.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Operate Wartsila gas engines, including engine start-up, shutdown, and generator synchronization.\n\n Monitor engine performance and operating parameters to ensure safe and efficient power generation.\n\n Understand and monitor the engine's low-temperature (LT) and high-temperature (HT) cooling water circuits.\n\n Perform routine engine inspections and operational checks.\n\n Support preventive and corrective engine maintenance activities.\n\n Identify and report engine faults, alarms, and abnormal operating conditions.\n\n Ensure compliance with plant operating procedures, safety standards, and maintenance requirements.\n\nRequirements\n\n HND in Electrical Engineering.\n\n 3–5 years of relevant experience in a power plant within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.\n\n Hands-on experience operating Wartsila gas engines is mandatory.\n\n Practical knowledge of engine start-up, shutdown, and generator synchronization.\n\n Understanding of LT/HT cooling water circuits and engine maintenance.\n\n Good troubleshooting, monitoring, and problem-solving skills.\n\n Ability to work safely and support reliable, uninterrupted plant operations.\n\nApplication Closing
