fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Project Accountant\n\nLocation: Abuja FCT)\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nJob Summary\n\n We are seeking an experienced EPC Accountant to manage financial and accounting activities related to engineering, procurement, and construction projects.\n\n The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of project accounting, cost monitoring, financial reporting, and experience working in an EPC, engineering, construction, or related project-based environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Manage day-to-day accounting activities for EPC projects.\n\n Monitor project costs, budgets, expenses, and financial performance.\n\n Prepare project financial reports, statements, and cost analyses.\n\n Track project expenditures against approved budgets and identify variances.\n\n Process and reconcile invoices, payments, receivables, and payables.\n\n Review vendor and subcontractor invoices and supporting documentation.\n\n Maintain accurate records of project-related financial transactions.\n\n Support project budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.\n\n Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and project accounts.\n\n Monitor purchase orders, commitments, and project expenses.\n\n Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.\n\nRequirements\n\n Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\n\n 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within an EPC, engineering, construction, oil & gas, or project-based environment.\n\n Strong understanding of project accounting and cost control.\n\n Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software.\n\n Good knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliations.\n\n Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.\n\n Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project-related transactions.\n\n Must be based in or willing to work in Abuja.\n\nSalary\n\nN300,000 / Month
