Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Executive to ensure that raw materials, production processes, and finished products meet established quality, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physicochemical and microbial analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Monitor production processes and conduct routine in-process quality checks.
- Conduct sensory evaluation of finished products.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.
- Identify quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
- Investigate customer complaints and determine root causes and appropriate solutions.
- Train production staff on GMP, food safety, and hygiene practices.
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant quality control experience, preferably in an FMCG or food manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge of GMP, food safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures.
- Good analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
